Do prospects need a ChatGPT account?
No. Prospects can complete an active agency’s assessment without a ChatGPT account or platform subscription. The agency owner uses a free ChatGPT account to sign in and manage the workspace.
Can I use it for more than one client?
Your plan includes one branded agency workspace. You can invite as many prospects or client businesses as you like to complete that assessment. Separate client-branded workspaces are not included.
Can I choose which contact fields are required?
Yes. Email stays required. Name, company, and phone can each be hidden, optional, or required.
Which CRM connection is available?
Clarity6D currently connects to GoHighLevel through an inbound workflow webhook. You configure the workflow and map the fields in your GoHighLevel account.
Can I change the questions or scoring?
The 24 questions and six-dimension scoring are centrally managed. You customize the branding, introduction, contact fields, and calls to action.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. After that, only billing is accessible and hosted assessments and book delivery pause. Your data is retained, and workspace access resumes when you reactivate.
